Our representatives hold valid FIFA Football Agent Licences and adhere to FIFA's professional and ethical standards, including:
- entering into a written Representation Agreement with each client;
- ensuring transparency regarding agency fees and full disclosure of remuneration;
- preventing conflicts of interest and complying with the rules governing multiple representation;
- acting in the client's best interests with honesty, integrity, and due diligence;
- providing enhanced protection for minor players in accordance with the FIFA Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players (RSTP).
Nuestros representantes cuentan con una Licencia de Agente de Fútbol de la FIFA vigente y cumplen con los estándares profesionales y éticos establecidos por la FIFA, entre ellos:
- celebrar un Acuerdo de Representación (Representation Agreement) por escrito con cada cliente;
- garantizar la transparencia de los honorarios y la divulgación de la remuneración;
- evitar conflictos de interés y cumplir las normas relativas a la representación múltiple;

From scouting to a full-cycle agency
Founded in Banja Luka
DAV Group was founded in Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina, as a football structure focused on identifying, developing and promoting young players. From the very first months the company began building a scouting network between the Balkans, Europe and Argentina
International Scouting System
DAV Group expanded its work in the Argentine market, launching regular Talent ID Days in Buenos Aires and Rosario jointly with local partners. In parallel, the Bosnia base was strengthened: training, nutrition, medical support and preparation of players for European football
FIFA-licensed Agency
After receiving the FIFA license, the agency transitioned to a full-cycle model: player representation, negotiations, legal support, transfers, scouting for clubs, brand development and pathways to professional European teams
Unified Football Platform
